What is the rental fee?
The rental fee to rent the Farm House (which includes use of the Rustic Shelter, Gazebo, Boardwalk and Screened Porch) for Saturday and Sunday is $250. The fee to use the Empire Room (which includes the Rustic Shelter is $500/day. Rental fees are for the entire day.
Are we required to clean up?
Yes, you are required to clean up after your event, including gathering and disposing of all trash.
Do you provide catering/photography/music services?
The Rivers Farm House provides the event space for your special occasion. We have links to local vendors who provide excellent catering, photography, music, flowers and more on our Vendors Page.
